Framed dimensions are the inside measurement of the frame which is approx 2cm wide.
Unframed prints are mounted to standard sizes so that they can be placed straight into a standard size frame.
Canvas prints have a mirror wrap edge which gives the appearance of the image wrapped around the sides.
